Adoptable Horses
These horses are gentle, halter trained pets. They will lead and load, stand for the farrier and are ready for saddle training. The cost for us to keep them is prohibitive or we would keep them as pets forever. We are seeking loving forever homes for them, so please be confident of your abilities to support and handle these horses.

Truely Adoptable ...
We love these horses and are not seeking to make any profit from them. They are *free* to good horse experienced homes. We do ask that their new home absorb the vet fees ($150-$200) to get them ready to travel.

They are located in Amber, OK. You are welcome to meet them by appointment. They get regular worming and hoof trimming. Their main job here is to be a pasture potato. We think they would be happier with jobs.

Prism's Foster Horses

These horses were born to unemployed Premarin mares. They need to find forever homes.

Smoky Midnight aka Sox
Born May 2nd, 2004
Dam is S11M - 1/2 Belgian and 1/2 QH
Sire is 15.2 hh BW overo
Grade black gelding

This boy has 4 unique high white socks, a white mark on his L shoulder and another on his R hip.
We delivered this boy and he has been here ever since. At 36 hours old, he was running, bucking and practicing dressage. OK, he was doing a piaffe trying to reach his Mom's muzzle but it was gorgeous and balanced. He was very curious and accepting of humans right from birth.

Annabelle with Sox n Sunny

Sox is a handsome, black boy with a sweet personality. He is very calm and borders on downright lazy. He is easy to catch and stands quietly for the farrier. He has always been easy for our children to handle so he should make an excellent youth prospect.

His sire is a 15.2 hh black overo Paint stallion. His dam was a Belgian cross mare. We think Sox is a bit over 15 hh but we dont have a stick to measure him.

O My Teepee Dreams aka Bugs
2004 ApHC bay mare
Pedigree link below
Ladybug is a sweetheart with calm ground manners. easy to catch and handle. She stands like an angel for the farrier. We believe she is about 15.2 or so.
She has been handled by our youngest daughter for years without any problems. We feel this would make her an excellent 4H or youth show prospect. She has the looks and conformation to go far.

Skips Icy Spots
ApHC Appaloosa mare
Born May 2, 2004
Pedigree link below
Icy is beautifully marked mare. She has a blanket with dark spots in addition to her snowflake spots over her hips and back. Her mane and tail are red mixed with creamy white. I love the marking on Icy's face.

Icy is a very shy girl. She needs a special person to spend time with her every day bonding, grooming and loving her.  Once she gets braver, she will be ready for a trainer. She needs a confident home to help her reach her full potential. She leads, loads and stands fine for the farrier.
